Designed in 1987 under the guidance of three artists renowned worldwide – Jacques Lancelot, Guy Deplus and Michel Arrignon – the Festival clarinet meets the requirements of today’s musicians, soloists and teachers for interpreting the widest repertoire, from Mozart to Boulez. It is designed on the base of the R13 bore.

This instrument has a warm and harmonious sound, a dense timbre, with excellent dynamic skills, allowing a beautiful palette of colors, ideally suited to chamber music and symphonic works. It is the predilection of many artists appreciative of its great flexibility and sound colors.
