In the 1930s-50s, Vincent Bach, thanks to his skills as a professional musician and his technical knowledge, created a family of professional trombones that have become international benchmarks in terms of sound, particularly for symphonic music. Even today, these instruments remain benchmarks, serving as the essential foundation for conservatories and orchestras the world over.

The Model 36 is built around a 13.34 mm (0.525") medium-large bore and a 203 mm (8") diameter bell, hand-cast from a single piece of brass using an exclusive process. Its slide is made of brass outer tubes and hard-chromed nickel silver inner tubes, with a grooved nut slide lock and traditional water key.

This unique version of the 36A Vibrabell Custom is equipped with a Hagmann Free Flow cylinder, giving it optimum homogeneity in the different registers and greater ease of emission. The Vibrabell bell is another feature that allows it to develop its full sonority.
