An iconic figure of modern music (pop, rock, blues, funk, etc.) since the 1950s, Fender was founded in 1946 by Leo Fender in Anaheim, California. Through legendary guitar models such as the Telecaster or the Stratocaster, and cult amps like the Twin or the Tweed amps, Fender has revolutionized music and remains the most sought-after brand by musicians seeking character and authenticity in their sound.
A "made in USA" Telecaster at an affordable price, with lots of innovations that increase playing comfort and sound possibilities, can you believe it? Because that's what you get when you pick up this Telecaster American Pro II. It features a deep C sanded neck that offers an impressively comfortable feel, plus an improved, rounded heel for better access to the treble. The thin, high frets help maintain perfect intonation no matter how far apart your bends are.
It is highly modern in its design. It is equipped with V-Mod II pickups, revised and improved versions of the former model, which have a voicing especially adapted to their position (bridge or neck). The electronics preserve dynamics and treble when the volume is lowered. Also, a push/pull on the treble tone knob allows you to put the neck or bridge pickups in parallel, depending on the selector switch position. This is the heart of rock, and you can do everything with it.
