This Gibson Black Beauty is an exceptional guitar, beautifully crafted, offering unique playing sensations and sound. It reflects a part of the 1957 production, a time when the brand was beginning to establish its success through solid-body archtops equipped with a fixed bridge and two humbuckers. Its entirely mahogany construction gives it an aggressive sound that has notably appealed to many metal guitarists. However, it's important to recall that Gibson originally designed this guitar for jazz.

We chose this two-pickup model, instead of the more classical three-pickup versions, because this particular guitar is very resonant, and the purity of its sound amazed us. The heavy and dense body, along with the 50s profile neck, make this guitar demanding to play, but we specifically chose one that was lighter. It remains comfortable and pleasant to hold, resonating powerfully. The finishes are flawless, with its gold hardware giving it a stunning look.

Gibson has captured the essence of its PAF pickups in the Custombuckers that equip this guitar. The neck position is round and voluminous, with immense depth. The bridge position has a unique, aggressive intensity that drives into your amp, pushing it to perform at its best.
