he MXR M109S Six Band EQ is a simple, effective pedal that does its job perfectly without getting in the way of yours. +/-18dB of boost/cut allow you to sculpt your output level over a range of 6 frequencies to give a specific texture to your sound. Soften the sound or make it even hotter, or tweak an overdrive to get something more or less full-bodied in the midrange... The whole thing is solid as a block of granite, so you can go in with all the energy you have when you start a solo. True bypass.
