The Gretsch Renown 2023 drum set is a limited edition, designed to celebrate the 140th anniversary of Gretsch Drums. Produced exclusively during 2023, it pays homage to the brand's heritage and embodies its tradition and craftsmanship.

At the heart of this drum set are 7-ply mahogany shells, renowned for their warm and rich sound. Their traditional dimensions are complemented by 4mm molded hoops and a direct mount system on the rack toms. The shells are finished with an elegantly timeless mahogany gloss lacquer.

The choice of mahogany for the shells gives this drum set a distinct sound quality, with rich basses and soft mids. This composition creates a deep and warm resonance, perfectly suited for a wide variety of musical styles, from jazz to rock, blues to pop. The precision of the molded hoops and the 30-degree bearing edges ensure exceptional sound clarity and projection, offering drummers the necessary flexibility to express themselves in different musical contexts.
