Designed in 1987 with the collaboration of three world-renowned artists—Jacques Lancelot, Guy Deplus, and Michel Arrignon—the Festival clarinet meets the demands of today's performers, both soloists and teachers, who tackle the broadest repertoire, from Mozart to Boulez.

This instrument possesses a warm, harmonious sound and a rich timbre, with excellent dynamic capabilities, offering a beautiful palette of colors ideally suited to chamber music and symphonic music. It is the choice of many artists who appreciate its flexibility and tonal colors. 

The body, made from premium, unstained, and waxed grenadilla wood, is encircled with traditional silver-plated rings. The 18 forged and silver-plated keys are fitted with the finest Gore-Tex pads and durable natural cork.
